Conduct Rules

These conduct rules may be modified by the 17 GAMES staff at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any additions or changes to the rules.

In addition to these conduct rules, you must always consider respecting the rights of other users to enjoy the game properly.

FALSE REPORT

1.1. You cannot share any false information with or without the intention of harming other users or for personal benefit.

HARASSMENT

2.1. You cannot defraud, stalk, or threaten a group of users or the game community in general.

2.2. You cannot disclose, spread, or communicate any real or purportedly real information about other users (name, address, account name, etc.) or any other information that could violate the privacy of other users.

2.3. You cannot send the same message or contentless messages repeatedly to someone's private chat without their consent or liking (flood).

MISCONDUCT

3.1. You cannot impersonate any 17 GAMES staff member or support representative for 17 GAMES to perform in-game operations such as support, testing, or service verification.

3.2. You cannot use any form of offensive or abusive language that references racist, hateful, discriminatory content or content that relates to prejudice regarding sexual orientation.

3.3. Negative comments or insults towards 17 GAMES will be evaluated individually by the team and may result in punishment.

3.4. You cannot be a member of or organize any kind of society that is based on or has foundations in racism, sexism, anti-religious beliefs, unethical behavior, homophobia, or any philosophy that advocates any form of rebellious or hateful behavior.

3.5. You must not share your account information with others. As the account owner, you are fully responsible for all actions carried out on the account.

IRREGULAR ADVERTISEMENT

4.1. You may not advertise, promote, or trade any type of pirated, illegal, or unrelated software, service, or activity.

4.2. No discussion, link, promotion, or advertising that directs to content (websites, forums, groups, or any other type of media) unrelated to 17 GAMES is allowed.

4.3. You may not sell coins, items, or other things that do not involve the game's mechanics.

4.4. You may not disclose the existence of any procedure for the improper use of the system (hacks, bugs, general anomalies, etc.) to anyone else.

REPRESENTATION

5.1. You cannot pretend to be another user to take advantage of other users.

GENERAL

6.1. If any rule is violated by a character of level 15 or lower, the game account may be permanently blocked, regardless of the offense or occurrence.

6.2. Any irregularities identified by the 17 GAMES team will be analyzed and judged individually.

6.3. You cannot hinder or prevent the work of the 17 GAMES support team.

6.4. You cannot provide false information to the 17 GAMES support team, with or without the intention of gaining an advantage.

6.5. The Staff may mute (prohibit the character from using any chat) if they deem such action necessary.

RECHARGE

7.1 Refund Policy

The Service may include an opportunity to purchase virtual game currency ("Coins"), which may require you to pay a fee using "real money" to obtain Virtual Currency. Virtual Currency can never be exchanged for real money, goods or any other items of monetary value from 17 GAMES or any other partner. You understand that you have no rights or title to the Virtual Game Items or Virtual Currency. Your purchase of Virtual Currency is final and is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable except at 17 GAMES sole discretion. You may not buy, sell or exchange Virtual Currency outside of the Service. This is a violation of the Terms and may result in termination of your Service account. 17 GAMES has the right to modify, manage, control and/or delete Virtual Currency at its sole discretion. Prices and availability of virtual gaming products are subject to change without notice.
