- Check your internet connection and restart your router if necessary.

- Update the game to the latest version available.

- Clear DDTank app cache and data on your device.

- Check for driver updates for your graphics card and other hardware components if you play on PC.

In the game's own settings menu, clicking on the “More” icon at the bottom of the lobby, if necessary, adjust by clicking on remove weapon effects from the game, to improve performance.
